The Concrete Oasis pairs a Tulum-inspired interior with a fully self-sustaining systems package, offering a rare alternative to the rugged, utilitarian van builds that dominate the market.
The interior uses imported microcement finishes, walnut accents, and handmade artisan detailing throughout, with indirect dimmable LED lighting. It was designed to run off-grid for days at a time without external hookups.
The systems include an 800 amp-hour lithium electrical bank, 480 watts of walkable solar, DC-DC and shore power charging, a Dometic air conditioner, and a Webasto gas heater. Fresh and grey capacity is 34 gallons and 28 gallons.
The full walk-through bathroom has a shower, a second sink, a vanity, and on-demand hot water. Other features include an electric drop-down queen bed, a full-height closet, a large rear garage, a 3.8 cubic foot fridge freezer, and a pull out outdoor table.
